I help people regain perspective and make sense of what’s getting in the way of their well-being. My approach is straightforward and collaborative, bringing insight and direction. I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and certified in Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), both designed to help reduce distress and facilitate change.
